Design Process
OnTyme
Designed the user experience for OnTyme, a scheduling and service management platform created to streamline service assignment and coordination between field staff and administrative teams. The platform enables office managers to schedule projects, assign tasks, monitor service progress, and track job status in real time.
A key challenge of the project was defining the product roadmap and translating complex operational workflows into a clear and scalable digital solution. I led the design process from roadmap definition through wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, ultimately delivering a functional MVP.
The solution required designing two connected interfaces: a mobile experience for field staff to view assigned projects, manage schedules, and clock in and out of jobs, and an admin dashboard (web and mobile) allowing office teams to schedule services, assign tasks within shared calendars, and monitor project updates.
High-fidelity prototypes were developed and tested with a pilot team, enabling early validation of workflows and iterative optimization before implementation. The resulting MVP improved scheduling clarity, task visibility, and overall operational efficiency across teams.
